Will stay again.
Room 118, was cleaned, spacious, quite and we'll amenitized. Will say again.
Room 118, next to the pool, night lights shown thru the ends of the drape. The drape did not completely enclosed the window. Kept the room well lit. Had to used bed covers to darken the room. Also could not open bedroom window for fresh air. Window is permanently locked.
Staff courteous. Room clean
We could hear neighboring room's conversation. No microwave or refrigerator, but understand they have been renovating.
Hell of a night
Worst night ever! Will not, would not ever recommend this place. Up all night due to yelling, fights, police, etc. No thank you.
The location off of the interstate . Very quick.
Reserved a smoking room, got there and they say they were booked. The computers were down when I checked in and waited over 20 minutes to get checked in. Then she said the computers are down come sign the papers in the morning . Was disappointed is all.
Better than expected
The room and property were much better than I expected. Granted, I wasn't expecting much, it was the lowest priced room available in the area. But, I think they have recently renovated. My room was actually really nice. Clean, newer furnishings, nice layout, it was on the 4th floor so it even had a nice view of the mountains (and a sketchy convenience store, but I ignored that). The grounds were clean, nothing spectacular, but no surprises either. It's a Days Inn in Rancho Cordova; don't expect the Citizen. That being said, if someone needs a convenient, inexpensive, one or two-nighter, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Everything was fine. The front desk person was a bit clueless and not very creative when it comes to problem solving ("Our policy is..."). That wasn't all that unexpected.
Room was clean and comfortable, the heater worked better and was quieter than many I've dealt with, reception was pleasant and helpful. Lighting in bathroom was not as good as I would have liked.
Good for the price.
Not enough electrical outlets. Bring a power strip. They didn't even have enough outlets in the room to plug in all the lamps that were in the room.
Not for family
Location was great! Staff was very kind and understanding.
Where do I begin? Let's see... The room we booked was supposed to come with a fridge and microwave. Neither were in the room when we arrived. Thankfully the staff was kind and we got a fridge by the end of day one. The air conditioning units aren't clean. We happened to be there during the hottest week of the year - 100 or more degrees every day, so the air was on non-stop. My mother got sick from the dust and mold in the unit. On the second night there, a group of guys were hanging out, overlooking the pool. No big deal, right? Wrong! After they beat up a guy for pulling a gun on them, the cops handcuffed two of them for selling drugs. Because my four year old daughter was with us, we decided it was best to change hotels for the rest of our week
Location of property was close to business destination. Check in was fast. Not a fan of hardcopy credit card carbon printed draft. WiFi was free. Lots of TV channels.
Assigned 1st room with no top safety bolt latched. Assigned another.... which had 2 other occupants already crawling up the walls. Told desk and was reassigned previous room. Used chair to provide extra security at door. Only got about 3.5 hours of broken sleep above my blankets and fully clothed. Would not recommend that anyone stay here.
