Good location but hotel room was absolutely disgusting
Pros. Breakfast upstairs was very nice - the parking also super convenient.
Pros. Location
Cons. The customer service. I got into a screaming argument with the front desk man named George. He was rude and unprofessional.
Pros. Desk staff was friendly. Located near some night life.
Cons. Toenail clippings on carpet. The window shade was broken and hanging down. Shower head was pointed out of the shower initially which could have made a mess. The hotel seemed to have been recently remodled, but somehow in a state of disrepair.
Pros. Great location. Everything clean.
Cons. The person I checked in with was not very friendly or welcoming but rest of the staff we encountered were great.
Pros. Can' beat the location, can walk to everything
Cons. TINY bathrooms, no pool
Cons. You pay for parking per vehicle. They'll give you as many as you want but won't warn you. Not a big issue, and those who travel frequently likely know this. This just took us off guard.
Pros. The location phenomenal. Everything was fantastic, until morning, kind of like when you go out and drunkenly bring someone home.
Cons. I prepaid for my booking, and so when the front desk asked me for a credit card, I didn't think anything of it. Just to cover incidentals, the clerk said. I woke up to a receipt slid under the door, $7 for parking. I was kinda ticked, but didn't really mind, because we parked in a parking garage, and i figured no major cost, its fine. Breakfast prices were insane. "Breakfast buffet" for 2 with one water and one juice was over $30. I say "buffet" because it was little more than a continental breakfast. On the buffet line were fruit, cereal, milk, eggs, bacon, sausage, french toast, grits, and oatmeal (maybe I missed an item or two.) The restaurant had terribly poor service, the food was mediocre at best. The night before we went and grabbed dinner at The Burough, within walking distance of the hotel, for 2 entrees, 2 sides, 2 drinks, an appetizer, and amazing service, we paid the same as we did for breakfast.
Cons. Not even complimentary coffee in lobby for am
