Cons (-) During checking in and checking out staff was rude and impersonal. I felt like I was inconveniencing the front desk staff by simply checking in/out. I had no special instructions or request either. Two diffrent front desk staff, same experience. Beds were uncomfortable, loud tv's in both the rooms next to mine. Over all terrible experience.

Cons (-) My room requirements specified in advance, twice, were not met. The room assigned to me had broken AC. I had to change rooms. Travelers are ifte TIRED by the time we arrive. Toi mych hassle.

Cons (-) I was 45 minutes away when I received a call that my room was not available. Had driven 4 hours at this point. Then they had nothing in the area comparable.
