All of the suites at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana feature Hydro spa tubs, private balconies or patios, dual showers, plush bathrobes and slippers. A minibar fully stocked with soft drinks, bottled water, domestic beer is one of the included amenities. The suites also include flat-screen TVs and 24-hour room service is available. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana All Inclusive features an on-site kid’s club where children can enjoy an array of daily activities along their favorite characters. Family Friendly amenities also feature a Rock Star Mini Golf and Arcade Center with a wide selection of games and an Extreme Center including 2 tennis courts and climbing wall. We have stayed at many Hard Rock Resort and have never been disappointed until now. The food was average at best and breakfast you might as well just skip that and wait for lunch. The shows were not good. It is waste of money. Traveled to many different countries and resorts this was the worst experience. Not up-to Hard Rock standards. Staff is so lazy and I think they need more training.

We stayed 3 days, it was fun all day long, pools with DJ’s, dancing classes everyday, spectacular gym, nice attention from people, but food was just normal. I do not recommend hotel for kids because guests are mostly getting drunk everyday.
