We have stayed at many Hard Rock Resort and have never been disappointed until now. The food was average at best and breakfast you might as well just skip that and wait for lunch. The shows were not good. It is waste of money. Traveled to many different countries and resorts this was the worst experience. Not up-to Hard Rock standards. Staff is so lazy and I think they need more training.

We stayed 3 days, it was fun all day long, pools with DJ’s, dancing classes everyday, spectacular gym, nice attention from people, but food was just normal. I do not recommend hotel for kids because guests are mostly getting drunk everyday.
