We had a family emergency and had to quickly change plans and fly home ASAP. The front desk attendant was very supportive and helpful in our stressful situation. We did have time to enjoy a delicious breakfast.
Not fault of hostel but we did have to pay for the extra night (when we had to leave) as it was past free cancellation date.
