The food is not good at all. I ordered for Chicken Tikka Sandwich and I get Kheema Sandwich.... one bite and Rs. 300 goes to drain. The room looks dark and sad. Walls dirty. Bathroom tiles black, bum shower broken, no night lamp, exhaust fan noisy......lift takes forever.....

Rooms were big, breakfast was good and it was in a quiet area with a nice green view
Room service was poor. They'd take a loooong time to deliver anything. For eg: 60 minutes to deliver a cup of tea and a sandwich. We ordered some ice and they charged 150 bucks for a pitcher of ice. First time that I ever had to pay for ice

Would say all were ok only inflexibility of check-in timing when you loaded fatigue & travelled a long ...seems that is lack of understanding. Else these guys are superb & the property is astounding.

The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with good variety. Staff was attentive and cheerful. Deepender on the reception was very professional and cheerful.
Balcony door locks could be better. A ceiling fan or a fan in the room would have been better. Mosquito net on balcony would help guests enjoy their stay with open Windows. TV showed no channels it would be good to have a few complimentary TV channels.
