Pros (+) Good staff, good price, and great location.
Cons (-) No A/C, rooms in poor condition and with a lack of any main facilities (no kettle, no wi-fi, etc). Beds were also VERY hard. Good enough for a night while exploring Pula, and at least the price point is right.
