Pros (+) Big and heated pools. Good sized rooms. And good drinks(not watered down).
Cons (-) Only 2 restaurants with very limited menu. And some of the items would finish very early leaving rests of the guests with even less choices. There were only 4-5 deserts in lunch and dinner. Nightly shows were pathetic and very few guests attended those. Kids club activities were non-existent.

Pros (+) Beautiful grounds, suites nice w/ great views, pools, bars. Restaurants were good for breakfast, lunch and dinner - open all day long. Friendly staff. Cooking classes, karaoke, dancing, etc.
Cons (-) Only issue we had was that the Mariachi band played in the lobby until 2am, which included trumpets playing loudly. Some guests took that party to their rooms after causing a disturbance. We called front desk and resort compensated us with a couple of $90 spa certificates (hour massage) as well as champagne and choc-covered strawberries. Appreciated that.
