Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to the beach, restaurants, and attractions in the romantic zone. Several reviewers also mention the friendly and helpful staff, as well as enjoyable amenities such as pools and beach access. However, there are repeated complaints about cleanliness issues, including pests and maintenance problems in rooms and bathrooms. Service is another area of concern, with some guests experiencing unfriendly or slow responses from staff, especially at check-in and in the restaurant. Value for price is generally seen as fair, though some guests were unhappy with unexpected charges. Overall, guests appreciate the location and amenities but note room for improvement in cleanliness and service.
