Cons (-) Had a top level room with an electronic key and in two incidents wasted about 4-5 hours of time with the staff trying to get into my room due to the key not working even after being reprogrammed. If this wasn't enough I forget my phillips electronic toothbrush in the room after an afternoon check in and it wasn't reported by staff and I'm rushing to try to get it back before my flight.The door pro...

Cons (-) Hall noise carried into the room, which was surprising but perhaps the doors were not too soundproof.

Pros (+) I can think of nothing negative to say. This is a first rate hotel, with immaculate grounds, clean rooms and a fantastic staff. We loved it here
