The location. That's it
The place smelled so bad. Like mold. We noticed it immediately upon check- in, We went to our room, which really smelled. We spoke to the front desk. They sprayed air freshener, which helped for about 5 minutes. We asked for another room, but they were full, so we were able to move to a better(ish…still smelled bad) room the next day(after we paid for an upgrade). We got the all-inclusive package and were under the impression, based on the website, that we had 3 restaurants to choose from. It never mentioned that you only get to eat at one restaurant, and only at the buffet, and not a very good one at that. Also, and this is the kicker, the restaurant location is at another hotel. You must leave your hotel and walk down the street to another hotel for all your meals. There is not a bar at the hotel either. That’s at the other hotel too. I feel ripped off. I would never have booked this hotel with the all-inclusive package had I known it was only buffet meals at another location. I would suggest that booking.com double check the descriptions as this hotel’s was very misleading.
I like the location, central and close to everything. We tried the hotel last year, returned this year, and we are definitely coming back next! Rooms are clean, small, adult only hotel. We like the pool on the roof.
The toilets in the bathroom are close to the door and can be uncomfortable sometimes. We didn’t use the kitchen but maybe provide newer cooking ware and utensils?
Great location, fantastic roof top pool, extra friendly staff and wonderful concierge. What a great find in Puorto Vallarta. Hope to return some day and this is the place to stay. Thank you guys for a great 5 days in your beautiful city.
Room was a bit small but that was the only thing to complain about (perhaps complain isn't the right word as it was a perfect holiday break)
Great architecture and decor. The pool was the best!
Loved the location; right in the middle of everything but not loud. Hotel is decorated well, having the pool at this location and across the street was fantastic. Breakfast was also very good, would definitely stay again.
Small criticism but the beds were a bit hard/uncomfortable and the room was pretty small
