Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's outstanding location, especially its proximity to the bus terminal and main attractions, making it convenient for travel. However, reviews are mixed on service, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others report issues with communication and attentiveness. Cleanliness is a recurring concern, particularly in bathrooms and shared areas, and several guests are dissatisfied with the breakfast, describing it as basic or poor value. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's main advantage.
