Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's prime location, often highlighting its proximity to historic sites, beautiful views, and the charm of the surrounding area. However, many express disappointment with the breakfast, describing it as basic, poor, or not worth the price. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding staff helpful and friendly, while others note issues with attitude or professionalism. Cleanliness and room comfort are generally appreciated, though a few mention issues with humidity, old towels, or uncomfortable beds. Overall, the location and views are the standout positives, while breakfast and some aspects of service could be improved.
