Pros (+) The staff was awesome! Asia the concierge gave a great overview of what to do on the island. If you have the opportunity to attend the concierge presentation I highly recommend it. If you haven't been to the Big Island it's a great overview and Asia gives excellent recommendations, and breaks it up into smaller doses. The beach is a bit strange, with lots of rocks and when we were there they were doing a construction and palm tree trimming, so much of the area was taped off.
