TV did not work and it wasn’t a new issue. It just wasn’t fixed and no attempt to find me a new room. Hotel is very old and not well maintained

sheets had stains when got into the room. Staff was nice enough to move but i dont know housekeeping could miss, they werent small. Hotel could use some painting as well, looked run down in spots.

Pros (+) I was the surprise guest of the day and received a king suite upgrade and a plentiful goodie bag.

Pros (+) Enjoyed the comfortable bed, pool with extended hours, gym with lots of equipment, television with over 60 channels, just a great all around experience.
Cons (-) Not close to restaurants or malls. No microwave or refrigerator in room. Ice machines on upper floors only.
