Can't beat the location and the front desk staff (minus one suspicious, older gentleman) was incredibly helpful and one member of the concierge team even mapped out a route for me during my stay. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic.

Pros (+) location, outstanding staff (one exception) - very accomodating
Cons (-) individual operating front desk asked repeatedly for a cash deposit for an excursion and discovered (zero) absolutely no funding of any nature could be applied from hotel to company operating tour. I only saw her weekends and we were planned to check out in two days. she spoiled an otherwise outstanding experience
