Good quiet place in old building but with enough comfort, several trams in few minutes, so easy and not so long to reach center.
There is free parking zone near, but can be heavily occupied.
the parking on the street, yes is free, but not in yellow lines and sometimes you need to ride a little bit to find a free space.
I thought a lot if and what review to give this stay. I set up with a gentleman over the phone, who later claimed that he was the owner to call him one hour before we arrived. Which I did. I then called once (i was with 2 children) and he said he would come in 15 minutes. He did not arrived. I called him again, no answer. I called him again and he said he was in traffic !!! I was nervous then and in about 10-15 minutes a lady arrived, an Ukrainian in a car with an Lithuanian number who did not speak English and communicated relatively with us (with Google translate I tried). I went with her into an apartment ... in the basement of the block, where she wanted to pay. I refused until the one I talked to on the phone came. I went up to the 4th floor with an outside elevator, the apartment worked by that lady was very clean, but everything in the apartment is of lower quality, although I repeat new and clean. In the 4 nights we stayed there was never cleaned, except when we asked the lady (also with google translate) to wash our bath. I had a miniature mattress attached to a headlight and no mop. The ventilation did not cope with the smell in the bathroom. In the rest the apartment was equipped as in pictures, the beds are new, the new wardrobe big but needs to be anchored. I paid at a fair price, according to the course of the bank and bycard. Why did I write? because the real note is not this, it is an apartment where yes you can live, but maximum 7.5-8.
Location is very good, less then a minute walk is a tram station to get directly to the city center. Parking is free on the street. Quiet place as well.
Bad was not comfortable, sleeping was not good.
Taking into account the price, it was a really good place to stay for a night in Prague. Good location, easy to find, you can leave the car on the street without payments, everything was nice and clear, small shops in the neighborhood.
Water in the shower was difficult to adjust (cold-hot-cold-hot...), in the very beginning I had some problems understanding the host (in the reception desk) because of the language issue, but finally we managed to get it clear so I don't see it as a - :)
Easy to get to downtown by tram, and groceries close by. Fairly easy to get there from the airport for about 12€ with Uber.
No fire detection devices (or at least we couldn't find any), no fire extinguisher nor evacuation plan. I think fire safety measures are important and we didn't see anything as such at this apartment.
