The breakfast was not that Good. The vegetables and the fruits are not fresh. The breakfast is not good .
More vegetables and fruits as well as cakes.
Good for families. Exellent location.
Kids room is small. Only 2 beds fit in. Extra bed was placed in parents room which caused less privacy
Great area. Bars and restaurants on every corner.
Location is great, none better. Praha 2 is very modern, loads of restaurants and bars, while still near to the city centre. The room was spacious with kitchen facility (cleaning of which not included) with great view.
Our room was on the 6th floor under the roof. It offered a great view, but the elevator only went up to the 5th floor. The room itself was spacious, but furniture showed definite signs of use. The bathroom had not been modernised (pictures looked better). Staff was mixed. Partly very friendly and helpful, the concierge on our first evening was rather unqualified. He failed to mention that the elevator would not go up to the 6th floor, but only to the 5th. So he left the wife fighting with our luggage, while I was parking the car. Confronted about it, he said he didn't know. Parking is at a different hotel 200m away. On that day, some roads were blocked due to construction works, which left the concierge baffled. He never got the idea to call the other hotel and ask for directions. Finally, he was unable to provide extra pillows. The breakfast room is in the basement. It's rather small, the air is not very good. Several times the were more guests than tables, so people were standing between the tables etc. On our first morning we arrived for breakfast at about 9.20 (breakfast until 10). It took us more than 10 minutes to get a table. At 10 we were the only guests left, not quite finished, but the staff began to remove the food ... we did not feel welcome, and that is an absolute NO GO!
The breakfast was great. Lots of choice and plenty available all the time.
