Excellent for the money paid
Location - 5-8 min to the subway station, a very short subway ride to the old town, or a 30 min pleasant walk there Staff - very attentive and helpful Breakfast - generous and good
towels too thin
Staff was very friendly. I never could get the key to open my door, but they always helped and had no problem. It's a bit of a walk from the main squares, but public transportation is easy to use and only about two blocks away.
The hotel was located close to the center and metro locations so it was very convenient to all of the sightseeing areas. Also, I liked the fact that they offered currency exchange services, commission free, so we didn't have to worry about shopping for exchange places in the city.
Breakfasts were good, but could've had a bit more variety. Pancakes and waffles would be a good addition to the standard bacon & eggs fare.
I can recommend this hotel to anybody who is looking or a good stay close to the center of Prague, this was one of the best hotel experiences I had the last years. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, the rooms were clean and spacy. The beds were of outstanding quality and the breakfast was very varied and delicious.
No negative points from my side.
Hotel room was fairly big, bar was ok, breakfast was good.
One female member of staff was extremely rude and seemed to lack any understanding of customer service or the concept of politeness. However other hotel staff where friendly and helpfull.
The price is great for a four star hotel, the rooms are comfortable and the location is pleasant. Apart from Prague's infamous police and ambulance sirens, it was also very quiet despite being next to a well frequented road.
The waiters (especially one rather tall male with long hair) should learn that it is considered RUDE to snatch away the plates of dining customers the second they put their fork and knife aside. Often, there is still some food left on the plate the the diner might just have made a little break to drink or relax a little before continuing to eat. I had to tell the waiter to give me back my plate - I don't know why you hire such inexperienced and inconsiderate staff. He wasn't really friendly either. No wonder we he didn't earn any tips from us that evening.
Hotel room was roomy and clean. Our room had views of the city. Staff were very helpful and assisted very willingly with inquiries. location was close to the city. Could get into the centre of the city (and most sites) by foot.
The hotel is extremely close to the main parts of Prague that we wanted to see. The room was really nice with everything we needed at a very fair price. If I were to return to Prague I would certainly consider staying there again.
I thought that the hotel's restuarant was great for the buffet breakfast. However, I thought that the evening meal that we had there was not all that good and thought that this was an area that perhaps needed more work.
the staff was very informative
The rooms were fine and access to all parts of the city was good.
The quality of the staff and customer service ranged from excellent to unbelievably bad.
They where not able to give enough imformation about the Metro and Tram.
The size of the room, new renovated bathroom, very friendly staff and very good service. Helped us with reservation several times.
The breakfast buffet was ok, but only 1 type of bread, and only butter, cheese and 1 kind of jam, so we would have liked some more to choose from.
