Don't like the attitude at the reception will follow not stay here again. Apartment long way from hotel and not serviced . Will never book through booking dot com again, they take money from your account without authority! Be careful and check your account regularly for illegal transfers.
The hotel found out in advance that due to overbooking they had a problem hosting me for my first night and asked me if it was ok with me that they will book a one night stay at the Prague old town Hilton hotel (5 stars hotel) and I was happy with the solution. Pros (+) Location was great, plus we had a room in the front so had a great view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean, comfortable bed and nice quality furniture in the room. Restaurant was attractive with good food and drinks.
Cons (-) Shower access and egress. Tub, slippery and shower head in poor location. Breakfast buffet, very good but the eggs were always a bit too cold!
