Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to public transport and city attractions. Many highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and historic charm of the building. However, several guests were disappointed by the quality of breakfast and found the beds uncomfortable. Some also noted issues with accessibility and air conditioning, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.
