Location and views are beautiful. Hotel lobby is like a cost country house, very lovely. There was a balcony with chairs facing the forest in our room. Stuff was extremely welcoming and helpful. As a bonus gift, they provide shampoo and creme made with local thermal water.
It was really cold in the room, stuff barely speaks English however they were really friendly anyway. Breakfast was quite poor.
Wonderful location and accomdating staff.
I loved the warm pool and the thermal cave. I liked the decor in the salons downstairs, very warm and posh in some places. It is a family business and the host was very warm and helpful. I really liked the food served here! A lot of food for dinner though (3-4 courses), but good value for money.
The rooms in the new part of the hotel were quite basic (e.g. wooden floors could have had carpets). The host doesn't speak much English (luckily their son could step in and help). Bath products were not enough for a family of four (shampoo for two people only and no conditioner). General facilities very good quality overall. We went mid April and didn't know the remote areas are closed off ski season and struggled finding places to eat. It is a ghost town off season! (hotels and restaurants close completely end of April until June and October until beginning of December). Cable cars and ski lifts are closed as well! Amazing mountain views though. The Dolomites Road is the most amazing mountain road I have ever seen! Worth going during the winter season for skiing and during the summer for exploring.
Awesome place to stay! We wanted a place next to the main mountain attractions and the location was great. The staff is super friendly and understanding, recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the Dolomites.
Place was nice but the pool closed at 8pm, so we couldn’t enjoy any of that part. However, it did look nice. Overall stay was good, but nothing spectacular. The breakfast area had a great view of the mountains.
Beds were a little hard and only 1 pillow (but that seems to be normal for the area). Still slept well
