Pros: Friendly, engaging staff. Great area full of nightclubs and awesome entertainment and restaurants.

Pros: Staff was very friendly
Cons: The room, beds were not super comfortable. Every time I turned over it was loud due to linens and pillows. TV cut off every 15-20 minutes.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It was a great stay and a convenient place to stay.
Cons: Nothing
4,0 Okay
Cons: Electric blinds did not work. Obviously not a deal breaker, but was annoying. The air conditioner unit was incredibly loud and my wife and I decided to sweat rather than use it while we slept. The showerhead was at about 5'. Being 6'5", I realize I am not a normal height, but having to sorority squat while I showered was not the most pleasant experience. Maybe that was because we were in a handicap-friendly room. And despite paying almost $600 for two nights, the breakfast was an add-on. $12 per person. Even the water bottles in the room weren't free for non- Hilton elites. This hotel feels like a shameless money grab with no 'thank you's' for the average stayer, my stay in particular was more like my stay in a motel 6, but with fancier furniture.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful and modern hotel with spacious lobby and collocates breakfast area and bar. Excellent full or continental breakfast. Comfortable bed and tastefully appointed room with all expected amenities. Near Tesla Supercharger; has Blink Charger in lot.

Pros: Sharon was super happy and helpful. The tv was huge and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: I was charged a smoking fee. A nice man pulled me to the side and told me "the room smelled like cigars". I did not smoke in the room, that was a bummer that I was charged a fee.
1,0 Poor
Cons: We left an article of clothing and called to have it mailed to us and were told that they did not find it.
8,3 Excellent
Cons: Hallway noise into room doesn’t seem normal as compared to to other Hilton garden inns I’ve stayed.

Pros: Staff was very helpful.
Cons: Shower rods falling down. AC not working well, very humid in room and halls. Refrigerators turned off. Many normal breakfast items were missing.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was very good, better than most. Something for everybody, from pancakes and bacon to yogurt to cereal to sausage and biscuits. The location was fine. Everything in Knoxville seems to be only 15-20 minutes away from wherever you are, so we were pleased with the short drives we had after a 12-hour trip up from Florida.
Cons: We added an extra day at the beginning of our stay after the initial booking, but the hotel had no record of it. We were originally slated for a double Queen room, but they had none available the night we arrived. They put us into a King suite for the first night, and then were going to move us into our Queen room for the next two nights, but they decided to not inconvenience us by making us switch in the middle of our stay, so they let us stay in the King suite for the duration. We had to pay King price for the first night, because they hadn't received the revised reservation, but the Queen room was prepaid, so essentially we got a free upgrade for the next two nights. The room, however, had no closet. First time I can remember a hotel room with no place to hang up your clothes. Other than that, though, we had a very nice stay. We visited with family, and attended the historic Tennessee Theater downtown for "Fiddler on the Roof" (pictures below).

Pros: The staff were very friendly, helpful, and kind people. Something you don’t quite often see enough in the hotel industry. The room was small and quaint. It was big enough for me and my 10 year old son. They do allow pets but it wasn’t noticeable that there were any pets at all. Clean room and comfortable bed. To my surprise the kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed to cook a decent meal; full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven combo, utensils and dinnerware. The appliances weren’t residential size but more like tiny house size not dorm room compact. I enjoyed it and would definitely return.
Cons: The sofa bed needed a new mattress. Unfortunately it was stained.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: the rooms were nice and cozy
10,0 Excellent
Pros: my original room smelled odd; the staff immediately switched me to a different room.
Cons: the parking lot is tight :-(
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The cleanliness is always important. The layout of the room was well thought out. The workstation with charging ports. The electrical outlets within the night stand lights were very thoughtful.
Cons: After requesting and being assured of not being assigned a room beside the elevator, the staff assured me that would not be the case. He was right. However, we were on the first floor and since we were the room next to the entrance, all night long and early morning the entrance door would slam closed very loudly. On the next visit I will also be sure to not be assigned to a room on the Parkside Drive side of the building. Finally, the bathroom exhaust bathroom fan was inoperative. Not wanting to have an intrusion with our room privacy, I elected to not report the concern. The bath tub spigot is also beginning with a small leak. Both items were reported upon check-out, and I have no doubts that this items will be addressed.

Pros: Fully updated hotel in a very good location near the highway, government buildings, convention center, and market square. Nice, friendly staff. Quick check-in and out. Comfy bed, but it squeaked whenever I moved. I was on the "odd number side" of the building, which faces the street. It was very loud except for late-night, when emergency vehicles passed, and when the church bells rang. (Had an indication that noise might be an issue when I saw the provided earplugs and noise machine :-}) (On the other hand, they were very thoughtful to provide those amenities in the room). Very nice breakfast with lots of healthy choices - they even changed up the hot offerings every day! Overall, Ioved the hotel and will stay there again in a heartbeat.
Cons: Squeaky bed and street noise. They spent a lot of money on the renovation, I'm surprised they didn't upgrade the bed frames and windows.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff is always happy, and more than helpful. Breakfast is good, rooms are clean. Parking is pretty tight in the ramps,so if you have a larger vehicle beware. would stay here again.
Cons: They were doing some renovations somewhere in the building, and you could hear them making noise thru the air vents in our room?
