Pros (+) I liked that the roof didn't leak and the toilet worked
Cons (-) I'm not a complainer. Do no stay at this motel Scary place, run down and they got me for $130
Pros (+) I liked how close it was to a gas station, since I had to buy beer a few times in the middle of the night. The breakfast was minimal but suitable. The mattresses were stained but the sheets were clean...
Cons (-) Everything in the rooms was long overdue for an upgrade and our room didn't have an iron. It was clean but smelled dusty.

Pros (+) Very convenient location to Poughkeepsie and the Walkway over the Hudson bridge. Despite being on Rt 9 the rooms were quiet. Continental breakfast was bagels/cream cheese,donuts, coffee.
Cons (-) Only one window in rooms, got a bit stuffy overnight. Across the street and in the mall next door are reasonably priced eateries. And the CIA restaurants are less that 1/2 hour up Rt 9.

Cons (-) The place was filthy. I refused to stay. It was so bad I didn't care about my loss of money. I couldn't get out there quick enough.
Pros (+) At first we were mortified, it seemed abandoned. Our room was was dated. It was fine for one night for the price. Location was good.
Cons (-) Wi-Fi didnt work, place felt abandoned. Heat wasn't very hot. The place is old and hasn't been updated in a long time.
Cons (-) The place seem old. Stayed with my 11year old son and he was not happy with room. I guess tou get what you paid for.
Pros (+) Location. Water for shower hot.
Cons (-) Very old and worn - needs improvement. Noisy neighbors. Breakfast is coffee, tea, bagels or white powdered donuts.
