The bed was comfortable
We were called 2 hours before check in and advised the room we booked we couldn't have. We did receive a discount on a new room but still disappointed.
They offered alot for breakfast even though it was grab and go. Once things go back to normal from Covid, they have a phenomenal breakfast.
That the bathroom and the sheets was clean.
The front desk person could not tell us anything about the area nor tried to find out. The building was completely dirty. Cob webs on EVERY window. No security AT ALL, My room was next to the exit door and every time i came out the door was prompted open with a rag. I would close the door and it would still be open again. I felt like I was at the hotel in the movie the shining
The hot water in the jacuzzi wasn't working and the next morning the bathroom smelt like weed from the room across the way from me told staff they accused me of doing it and I dont smoke weed
