Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beautiful location and stunning views, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. The pool was frequently mentioned as a highlight, with guests enjoying its size and views. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms and communal areas, as well as the need for renovation throughout the property. While some guests found the rooms spacious, others noted that the hotel and its furnishings were dated. Overall, the positives focused on location, service, and pool, but there are notable concerns about cleanliness and upkeep.

Pros (+) Staff was helpful but not always totally clear in their advice. Room was relatively spacious. Location is convenient to catch both Positano Interno bus as well as SITA and other buses beyond town.
Cons (-) Breakfast was mediocre, no wifi in rooms (and very little bandwidth even in lobby where there was wifi), hallways are worn and very difficult to navigate. .
