Guests consistently highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the beautiful villa and its surroundings. Many appreciate the convenient location and the overall charm of the property. However, several reviews point out issues with room cleanliness, maintenance, and size, with some guests finding the rooms and bathrooms below four-star expectations. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some finding it adequate and others expecting more variety. Despite these drawbacks, the positive service and attractive setting are frequently mentioned as standout features.
