4,2 Okay
Pros: The staff were unfriendly no appreciation to the guest very rude. Unhelpful over rated. Do not recommend it at all.
Cons: Staff, hotel, cleanliness.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: You feel you are in a select beautiful place all of the time with great ocean views and landscape property from the restaurant and central lobby areas. The location is superb. Has a nice beach and amazing big and insanely clean swimming pools. The salty swimming pool is very deep and great for swimming. Beautiful classic hotel with amazing gardens, plants, flowers. Outdoor gym in the garden is superb, with top notch machines and very cozy. Classic charm bathrooms with little bright beautiful stones on the walls. Aqua di Parma products are amazing and you can actually use them in the outdoors showers near the pool. Rooms very clean.
Cons: The first thing you notice is that clearly not all guest are equally treated, giving a pretentious feeling to the whole experience. Some of the staff is quite helpful and friendly like in the beach and pool areas but others such as consierge, restaurants are not. Some of the classic hotel charm is fading away. There are some areas the carpets are dirty and losing color, the labyrinth style halls could be a lot better treated. The room closet is from a charming old wood but the smell inside is terrible! It should be fixed with fragrances or something. As in fact all the common areas should have fragrances , cause although it doesn’t smell bad, it doesn’t smell good either (and it should). The food is just terrible for a hotel that proclaims itself as a luxury hotel. There is no luxury at all at the breakfast at least. No fresh juice (orange seems totally artificial), dry boring sweets, average bread, little variety and most of all nothing seems or tastes really good as other 5* hotels in this island. It is a big disappointment. Moreover there were ants in a lot of the tables. And finally no one seems very interested if you are enjoying the stay or not, they just assume that it’s amazing. So to finish I truly believe this could be one of the better hotels in the world if they totally change the way they manage the clients, the terrible food experience and extortion food prices and included other luxury treats such as free spa circuit, fragrances in the room, free basic water sports, which should all be included in this hotel rooms rate price!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything. It was complete luxury. Food by the pool was amazing. Rooms, breakfast. Couldn’t fault it. Apart from it being almost €20 for a glass of wine but I think that’s just Porto Cervo prices.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is wonderful !
Cons: Having a 100€ min for dinner for each of us
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location is exceptionally beautiful. The hotel offers two very large pools - one with salt water. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast is amazing.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The beach was extremely clean and you had a very good view of the ocean and the sailing boats.
Cons: The food and drink was extremely expensive, and if you didn't tip continually the service would fall dramatically. For an example a Pizza was only available till 3pm at the cost of 50 eur. Water 8eur, coffee and cocktails blanket cost for each 28 eur. There were two lovely pools which were not used by the guests as they weren't heated and the sea was also cold and had no swimmers.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The service is impeccable Room service is great, Lindt mini chocos every night, water twice a day, they even offered 2 bottles for the road when we checked out, which was very nice Toiletries aqua di parma Room quite large for italy, 21m Beach amazing, water maldives like but colder ) Service on the beach was a little inconvenient as the only food allowed were panini thus u have 3 options: buffet for 100 euro pp, bar with a la carte menu and go out (cheapest) Prices are too high but it is expected for a hotel of this status so it did not bother me, we just preferred to go out for both lunch and dinner Breakfast was great I totally recommend this hotel but be prepared for the f&b prices, it matches the hotel prices so it is only normal )
Cons: That it was not allowed more consistent food on the beach, i would have eaten on the beach a salad or pasta, but since i had to go to the bar i preferred to go out to eat for 30euro for both nearby. In terms for the hotel it is a loss of revenue coz people are lazy and would pay if allowed to eat on the beach

10,0 Excellent
Pros: We got new renovated room with stunning view. Japanese restaurant one of the best on the island. Concierge assistance was excellent - they rent for us two amazing boats.
Cons: Nothing. The hotel capital and has fine facilities.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Top of the top‼️
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast, excellent service, beautiful location, very comfortable room. we loved it and hope we can return one day.
Cons: We were not comfortable with the cost of eating dinner or some of the drinks. If the ordinary drinks, beers coffee, etc were more reasonably priced we would have probably ended up spending more. We held back on drinking coffee, mineral water, beers and wines because of the cost, which really could not be justified.

Cons: I think was a good hotel 20 years ago. Room are old.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful quiet property. Lovely views. They allowed me to have an extended check out time which was great!
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location was good, 15 min walk to the Marina and also close driving range (max. 15mins) to Porto Cervo centre and other nice places. Staff lovely and offered lots of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. The breakfast was also good!
Cons: There was no ‘do not disturb’ sign for the cleaners
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were fantastic from the front desk-housekeeping-lounge staff, great shower, the views were great from our balcony and stunning from the lounge, the pool area was beautiful, the location was within walking distance to several good restaurants and the harbor path to downtown.
Cons: The room was a bit stark with lots of hard surfaces, not soft and inviting and the bed was hard. The room itself was over-valued for what they are charging. The breakfast was a bit disorganized and I think they could have used at least one more staff member to help with clearing tables, making sure clean glasses were out for juice, and stocking butter and such.
7,1 Good
Pros: The property is very beautiful to look at but the standard rooms are on the smaller side. The pool and reception is very pretty too with views of Porto cervo
Cons: The reception staff was nice however; people from te restaurant / bar area were not very efficient, slow and wrong service and ultimately billed us incorrectly a few times.

Pros: The bath on large patio. Upstairs sun deck with view.
Cons: The foam mattress and synthetic pillows and waking up in the mornings to our upstairs neighbour’s bath regime at 5am.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast includes a fantastic spread. Staff are friendly and the place is clean. Great rooftop to watch the sunset. Rooms large and in a good location.
Cons: Beach towels cost extra
5,8 Okay
Pros: Location. Cleanliness jacuzzi. Rooftop sun area
Cons: Felt like constantly being watched. Cameras everywhere No balcony so couldn’t dry wet swim stuff. ... yet hotel has a swimming pool and jacuzzi. We were told to use a clothes airer out on a veranda that was used by staff. Yet the people in the rooms overlooking it who had balconies were filling it daily with hotel towels Staff rather aloof apart from one female Electric went off when not on the room So couldn’t charge things Signs all over hotel saying no food or drink (even bottles of water) to be consumed by the pool or on the roof it wasn’t bought from them. Some staff trying to charge for towels. Others didn’t

A group of villas, located in the midst of rocks and flowers, overlooking the Bay of Liscia di Vacca. A beautiful private beach for complete relaxation, a unique seawater swimming pool carved from wind-sculpted rocks and breathtaking views: a paradise of understated luxury. The Hotel Pitrizza also includes 39 double rooms, 12 suites, 9 unique suites with private pool and 6 Unique Villas.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Myself and my husband had the joy of spending a week here the second week of September for our honeymoon. To say it was the most amazing week would be an understatement. From the second we arrived they took the best of care of us. Nothing was too much. Our room was perfect and beautifully captured the culture of Sardinia. The food was delicious. I think we tried everything on the menu! But most of all the staff are what made our trip so perfect. In particular Massimo and Manuel. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could be. As we were leaving we both said how much they had made our week so enjoyable. The pool is beautiful and very clean. The beach is lovely and quiet and the water is so clear. There is no rating that we can give that will ever describe our week. It was beyond perfect! The weather was also perfect 28+!! Thank you Pitrizza. Lucy and Gabi
Cons: There was nothing that we did not like or enjoy.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: - the valet service for your car - friendliness of all the staff - the private beach - no effort is too great to give you the time of your life
Cons: The drinks and food are extremely expensive. I don’t mind paying that amount but it didn’t fulfill my expectations.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Everything at the Pitrizza is maintained to perfection: the rooms, the common areas, the salt water pool, the pristine stretch of sand. Its one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been, for sure. The staff at the bar was great and went above and beyond for us - we were dazzled.
Cons: Please, you have to do something about the bees in the breakfast. Some fans in the veranda ceiling would resolve - and the guests would be much more comfortable. Also, service at breakfast was iffy at best - we felt regulars were better treated than us novices.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property, the flowers were gorgeous and everywhere! The villa was beautifully appointed, the furniture without a stain on it. Every time we consulted the staff for help with arranging transportation they were so helpful
Cons: The shower in the room didn’t drain properly but we did not complain because everything else was outstanding. I also would have liked a little cafe to have a light lunch, the buffet lunch was fabulous but expensive and too much food.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, great host!

Pros: The villa was lovely, clean, spacious, and it was great to have a swimming pool. Hairdryer broke and I contacted the host and it was replaced within a couple of hours.
Cons: Wifi connection could have been better
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely villa right next to beautiful pool and walking distance to marina
7,0 Good
Cons: I had to pay $250 extra for the air conditioner which was not expected at all. When i booked online it clearly said that this place was climatized but it was false advertisement.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location is excellent. Pool absolutely amazing beautiful view, peaceful, great loungers, very clean. Villa large, great outside facilities. Lovely view. Everything you could need.
Cons: We loved the place. The only constructive criticism would be a couple of sun loungers for outside.

Pros: Everything. Very good hotel, reception Staff very helpful, recommends good restarants. We had a great time. Greetings, Iwona, Wiktor, Sergiusz (4 years), Kinga and Marc. July 2019.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Quite comfortable room in a hotel that cares about its guests. Nice pool and good breakfasts
Cons: My wife thought the hairdryer was poor and could only walk to one restaurant which was very good but for variety needed to drive for evening meal
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good buffet breakfast. Clean sheets every day! Good pool and terraces with stunning views to coast. Balcony to our room with same coastal views.
Cons: Said that the hotel did not have catering apart from breakfast but there was a restaurant within 50 yards, However,we went once and then it and most other restaurants shut on 30th. September. This caused a problem as we were without a car on the strength of the local restaurant advertised. We would have picked an hotel with a restaurant had we known

6,0 Good
Pros: The bed was comfy and the room was refreshed everyday
Cons: The massive pool and beach only had one roaming bar staff. Staff did not go the extra mile for a ‘luxury’ resort
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful and pristine clean resort with all the amenities. The pool was clean, the food was good & the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.
Cons: WiFi at the pool was intermittent.
4,0 Okay
Pros: The dinner.
Cons: The breakfast, no beach, rooms are not comfortable.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our stay very much, the staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The pools and beach facilities were great, breakfast was fabulous. We loved the excursions program and open market schedule they gave out.
Cons: We would have loved to see a playroom for all kids and a bigger playground for kids. The mini club they had was only for kids up 4 years old. I would like to suggest providing few swimming rings and swim aid facilities for kids, that will be nice to have. Also the gym facilities although good, they need an update. Some of them are becoming rusty.
6,7 Good
Pros: All the staff were great, really friendly and good at their jobs, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was pretty good. The pool area was nice and quiet even though the hotel was busy. Plenty of sun beds.
Cons: The pool bar menu is terrible and 30% of the dishes are made from tinned tuna. A 5 star hotel right on the coast should have better variety and actual seafood. It’s dated and lacking in facilities. No table tennis or games room for when the weather is bad. The bed linen is poor quality.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: The only point in favor of this great old and badly managed hotel is the location and the view, but only if you choose to book a room with a sea view, otherwise you risk finding yourself in a bad and intrusive room. The furnishings of the rooms and common areas are crumbling from an old three-star hotel that has never been modernized (the appliqués with the exposed wires and the saving bulbs that emerge from the lampshades, the dirty and worn Sardinian style runners, the furniture placed in an embarrassing way in a row like in a warehouse, the cabinets without shelves stinking, the double bed made with two poor nets 80x190 and with two low mattresses joined together with a sheet, the cushions are two soles of shoes, the frayed linen and bad quality, the bathrooms just as crumbling and uncomfortable. Breakfast is pretty decent but not up to five stars, there are no fresh juices like orange juices etc., the cold cuts are very poor, the coffee of poor quality. Dinner if you can avoid it. The staff is left to itself. The rooms are filthy, in a week our room has never been swept, everything that fell on the floor, there remained including clearly visible plastic bags partially finished under the furniture. The half-liter water bottle of the minibar costs 4 euros and there is neither a kettle nor a Nespresso machine like today you can find in any B&B. In the bar the service is slow even out of season and the pool attendants are there just to hand over the towels with the card .... everything else: opening the umbrella, moving a cot etc. you have to do it yourself. The beach is tiny, so if the hotel is full it becomes impossible to use it. In conclusion this hotel is highly discouraged if you are not a group on a social outing landed by bus, but a couple or a family looking for a well-maintained and well-managed structure.
6,3 Good
Pros: Location and facilities
Cons: The staff not friendly and we all got sick there. I guess some bacteria at the air conditioned. We really became very sick. One month after and some of the guests still recovering from throat infection. Also problem at check out. We paid all open bills and then we contact after to pay the bill as they forgot to charge us one of the rooms, etc. Really the hotel is nice but the experience was not nice at all.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: First class all the way

Pros: The food was good, breakfast was the best! Staff was nice. It was near town. Parking was accessible. Big rooms.
Cons: I found several bugs in my room. Rooms smelt like mold. The reviews indicated that location was close To town, however it’s not by foot. You need at least 30 mins by foot to reach town.
5,8 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was really the only thing we enjoyed about this property. The pool area was also nice. Staff were friendly.
Cons: The room did not at all meet our standards. For the price of the hotel, we expected better. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and the bathroom very outdated. There is also limited lighting in the room. The shower temperature fluctuated between boiling hot (burning) and freezing cold without us even changing the temperature. When I called reception to ask for a spoon, I was told I needed to come to the restaurant to get it myself. Overall, we were hoping for a slightly better experience.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Beach transfer, pool
Cons: the taxi driver the hotel booked for us was aggressive and abusive. We asked him to wait an additional 5 minutes for us and he tried to charge us double fare. Be cautious of taxis!
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: The pool and over night staff
Cons: Old out dated rooms Terrible beds and pillows

Pros: Fantastic location with several beaches within walking distance. Great facilities pool with water jets, showers, changing rooms, toilet, SUPER COMFY sun loungers and plenty of shade. Well equipped kitchenette with plates glasses etc. And plenty of outdoor space.
Cons: No sea view but you can’t have everything.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, close to many great beaches. The apartment has a rustical design which fits perfect for a beach vacation.
Cons: Our shower was not able to keep the water inside, so we had to dry up the bathroom floor every time. It´s not the end of the world, but could be better.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient apartments without luxury but with all amenities, including fully equipped kitchens. Great pool and rest area. Best of all it’s only a few minutes on foot from Capriccioli beach, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Smeralda.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location was amazing, you have direct access to the beach which means you do not need to pay beach parking. The car parking on the hotel is free.

Pros: Amazing location, 10 minutes by car from amazing places/restaurants/clubs. Nice swimming pool and friendly staff

6,7 Good
Pros: Excellent swimming pool. Very pleasant staff.
Cons: No choice of evening food. Very average 4 course meal for 55 euros! [ worth 25] or toasted sandwich for 8 euros nothing else available. On a very busy road, no footpath to get to other eating places. Hot water never hot enough to shave with. Buildings need improving to be 4 star.
6,3 Good
Pros: We liked the arrival experience, the lady that checked us in was friendly and we liked the room and the location overall. Lobby and outdoor lounge where comfortable and the choice of wine at the bar was excellent as was the lady that served us in the evening.
Cons: We were not impressed with the breakfast. Compared to the sumptuous and nice spread of local breakfast items we enjoyed in the 10 days throughout Sardinia this was a rather mediocre choice of breakfast items. For example, there were only water melon as a fruit choice. First day there was no butter and when asking we received a cold "sorry no butter in the morning." We asked for a second cappuccino and where scolded like little school children that the second café must be separately paid and that it is indicated on a little paper hidden in the sugar box. On the repeated question about the butter he responded that he can get it but it takes 20 minutes. This waiter (in black uniform and beard) was very rude and unprofessional and should not work in a guest environment as he destroys the reputation of your hotel and diminishes the value for money received. We also expected pool and beach to be more attractive and clean.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, and a fantastical comfortable hotel. Very friendly staff, who made the stay even more enjoyable. A good restaurant serving high quality foods. Would recommend this hotel for older people rather than for families, however it is catered for both. Very clean, great surroundings and gardens. It’s very well looked after. The only thing I would have liked is a kettle or coffee machine in my room. Also the television didn’t work properly but this was a minor fault and I cannot say that this clouded my judgement. This hotel was good value for money, and I highly recommend staying here if you are looking to stay in Porto Cervo. I would definitely return.
Cons: I would suggest supplying the room with a kettle or coffee machine.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We were a couple and a baby and all the staff were so kind and friendly and would go out of their way to do anything to help. Thank you.
Cons: I would say for there to be more variety at breakfast but this is if I was forced to pick something negative.
6,7 Good
Pros: The beach is a big advantage. Rooms are clean.
Cons: Very visibly not up to date anymore. Breakfast is ok, but there could be a lot more choice and staff is not overwhelmingly attentive. All together it is - in my opinion - too expensive for what it offers.

Pros: Everything was so wonderful!!!! We will come the next year again !!<3
7,1 Good
Pros: The location was great, right near the one of the greatest beaches in Sardinia. The breakfast was enough, but the coffee machine could give a real Italian coffee, and it would be really appreciated.
Cons: The furnitures in the room really need to be renewed. There is no lift and no one helped us during check in, but they only asked during check out. The room was dark and cannot keep open the window due to lack of mesh in the window.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We were first greeted by Sara who spoke English and Maria Paola. Both were very friendly and helpful. The attached bar had wonderful simple fare and drinks. The private beach is across the street. Parking onsite. Delicious breakfast, included, with a variety of cheese, meat, fruits and pastries and a coffee machine that meets all needs. A full restaurant is just up the hill.
Cons: Nothing. Loved our stay.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location to the beach, only 2 mins walk.
Cons: The room was comfortable to stay in, however the room lighting could be modern, like white light to improve the appeal of the room. Not a criticism, but my preference.

Pros: Very friendly staff :) Our Junior Suite was big and had a wonderful panorama view over Yacht bay. But in this area is needed a car for seeing surroundings or Dining in neighbourhood as landscape is hill up/hill down with less pedestrian walking way. Many thanks and greetings to entire staff of the Hotel, especially Mr. Gianni who was most caring for our well-being during our stay.
Cons: Just a remark: wine glasses should be part of the rooms Mini Bar.
9,1 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, beautiful boutique style communal areas, perfect view of marina, excellent staff, food and wine selection. Very traditional Sardinian look to the hotel. Good value for money and we preferred the more personal style of the hotel to the larger 5 star hotels considered.
Cons: Rooms/beds slightly sparse.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Everything! We had booked the standard room but didn’t like it so we opted for a suite that was available. The staff on reception gave us a great deal for an upgrade. We decided to take it so we could appreciate the view and large spacious room.
Cons: Nothing to not like. This is clearly an expensive area so expect to pay higher amounts for drinks etc.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Just a wonderful hotel to stay at. Clean, quiet, has everything you need including pool and spa. Not close to the beach but I’m sure they have ways for you to get there. We brought our car on the ferry from Genova so getting around the island was not a problem. Lastly, the staff is excellent! Helpful, kind and accommodating.
Cons: If there was one thing...the food had wayyyyyy too much salt in it. Eggs in the morning were inedible and the ravioli were salty as well.
7,9 Good
Pros: Very good breakfast; it’s all about the location and views here.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Super cute hotel with many details. One windy evening they inflame the chimney, this was quite romantic. The staff was outstanding friendly. Especially Gianni was dedicated. We can definitely recommend this hotel.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The lightness of the room and the balcony. Desk staff were great as was the young chap in the bar.
Cons: The breakfasts ... scrambled eggs and bacon were cold on both days . Coffee mediocre and too many flies around landing on the food . Evening meals too expensive eg still bottled water5 euros . We were told you couldn’t have tap water!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were really wonderful, I love the view, the food was great and my room was clean and comfortable. Great location too.
Cons: I would have liked tea/coffee making facitlies in my room.
5,3 Okay
Pros: The location in Porto Cervo excelent. Very near of luxury shops and restorants and of Porto cervo marinas (minutes walking) very nice swiming pool. Parking available. Very nice staff.
Cons: Room are very very small. Almost no space even for luggage. Very poor amenities
7,7 Good
Pros: Great location. Beautiful view of the Marina. Romantic and stylish (classic example of Porto Cervo architecture). Food is great, service impeccable. Dinner is served on one of the nicest terraces in whole town. Excellent value for money, especially having in mind exclusivity of the location!
Cons: The hotel was built in 1966, so don't expect anything cyber and design-hotel like. Furniture is a bit dated, but in good condition and perfectly in line with the hotel's style and atmosphere. If you like variety of dishes for breakfast, keep in mind you're staying in Italy and 4 or 5 products for salties and sweets is considered more than enough (cooked ham, salumi, cheese, croissants, jam, butter, Nuttella...), but everything is of a premium quality. Excellent selection of home made breads!
4,7 Okay

Cons: Room not up to four star standard very basic and smal

Pros: It was very clean and comfortable staff spoke good English and were very helpful and friendly. Beautiful surroundings, wonderful views.
Cons: The choice and standard of the food in respect of the cost was not good. Poorly prepared, ie overcooked stale looking vegetables.
4,4 Okay
Pros: The staff by the pool.
Cons: One of the questions i asked when serching for a hotel was the possibility to play golf. It was possible but had nothing to do with the hotel. the hotel did not have any connections to the golfclub even thoug it was indicated in the material related to the hotel selection. I would not have booked the hotel if I knew this.

Pros: The location and staff
4,2 Okay
Pros: pretty, nice area but Is just ok
Cons: Used to be cleaner, friendlier and better value. Now very impersonal, very expensive and tired
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, they had a wide variety of food. location was very nice with a nice view over the gardens and the sea in the background. Staff was very nice and helpful, they made sure that you were comfortable and didn't miss anything during your stay.
Cons: Only 1 free coffee was included for breakfast and sometimes you had to wait a little bit too long before you could make an order at the pool bar or restaurant.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning unit quiet enough to sleep with it on. The breakfast was also incredible, especially for Sardinia! Lots to choose from and excellent coffee, and a lovely outdoor terrace to start the day.
Cons: The hotel really felt more 3-star than 5-star and the price just seemed exorbitant for the actual rooms. Ours had no design details or decoration, felt quite simple. It was a respectable size I suppose but nothing to warrant $400/night! We stayed in a larger room the day before for 60€...not the same level of service obviously but still- the pricing did not correspond. The bathroom was awkward and poorly designed. The reception staff, though well-meaning, were completely inefficient and lacking in even basic knowledge of the services offered. The first night we were misinformed about the options and it took the intern 25 minutes to be able to explain the menu for the in-house restaurant. The second night It took nearly an hour to get a straight answer on a simple dinner booking and we were misinformed about the suitability of going to and from the restaurant on foot. Our room was also directly overlooking a football pitch that was filled with screaming children every afternoon...so relaxing was not an option. The hotel was isolated and even the bar/restaurant on their ‘private beach’ was only open at lunch time- a shame because the sunsets from there are stunning.
7,1 Good
Pros: Beach
Cons: No room service
