Pros (+) Great location, friendly staff, excellent value.
Cons (-) Bed was a little lumpy, and the bathroom was a little dirty. Manageable if you’re not too picky.

Pros (+) Renovations have made it reasonably modern Nice bathrooms Good location for what I needed.
Cons (-) Noise is a bit of an issue, as the walls transmit sound easily and it's adjacent to two reasonably busy roads.

Pros (+) Great location, close to downtown. Staff was friendly, rooms appeared clean.
Cons (-) A little noisy at night. The room smelled heavily of perfumed air freshener. The bathroom had what appeared to be fruit flies.
