You advertise free breakfast. there was nothing but coffee. Not even a grab and go breakfast. The walls could not be any thinner and the door jams has a gap of about an inch between rooms and front door because they took carpet out and went with tile
I didn't like anything. 2 towels, 3 pillows for 2 people. The walls are paper thin. One of the worst hotels for what I paid and nothing like other sleep inns.
I loved that the inside of the hotel is way better than the outside if the hotel. Very spacious and clean.
Wish there was a bathtub. Also wish there were another elevator on both sides of the hotel

I am being charged for 6 nights and I could only be there 5 nights because of United Airlines. I was suppose to leave on Monday 12/28/20 but because of United's flight I was to take on Monday it was cancelled and they made me leave the day before. Fix it
The room was straightened but no coffee in the room and I had to go to front desk. We pay the money to come we expect room clean and stocked.

No breakfast service due to COVID. Also, met 3 people in the hallway claiming to be staff members conducting a room to room check searching for a staff members stolen purse - I recommended they contact the local police department.

It was pretty clean but beyond that it didnâ€™t have much to offer. The beds werenâ€™t comfortable. The staff wasnâ€™t friendly, the people next to us refused mask while walking through the lobby and kept us up all night.
I really didnâ€™t like how my neighbors kept my partner and I up all night. He was screaming with his partner. They argued all night and slammed doors. The best I was offered for this experience was an apology. Rest assured, I will not be staying he
But he double checked my reservation before i came and when i got there made me feel very welcomed. I appreciate things like that. Biggest thing that stood out. Rooms were homey and comfortable. Overall good place.
The only thing which most hotels seem to do anyways is knocking for housekeeping early in the morning before i was even supposed to check out. Maybe a scheduled list of tenants/customers for the housekeepers will help with that. Not too big of a deal.
