Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to access local attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Many reviewers highlight the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the overall cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. However, some guests express disappointment with the comfort of the beds and the quality or availability of certain amenities, such as hot water, in-room kettles, and breakfast. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects, especially the location and service, stand out in most reviews.
