Comfortable room, staff was friendly, room was kept very clean.
No english channels on TV, but to be expected. Breakfast was a lot of pastries and not very much of anything else, but that's cultural and not their fault. Only a couple of staff spoke english.

hotel served its purpose. We were only in Milan for one night. Very close to central station, which was not exactly the best part of the city but made things convienent
