Pros: Large and comfy room, floor heating, nice host.
Cons: TV only Italian channels and so slow in changing programs; host dosn’t speak english.
Pros: Very friendly owners.
Pros: very relaxing in the countryside of the Dolomites. I arrived quite late at about 10 in the evening, which wasn't a problem, but still I had a really nice stay. The bed is really big and comfortable, the room was huge, and also the breakfast was quite nice. When I was leaving in the morning, the host gave me some very good advice where to spend a day hiking in the area. Would definately stay there again
Pros: Antonio and Marina were wonderful hosts. Amazing breakfast with home made pastries and jams. We were provided with printed recommendations for visiting the neighbouring places of interest. Amazing views from the windows and near the property.
Cons: WiFi didn't work properly.
Pros: The property is located in a picturesque, tranquil setting. Our room was large, very clean, comfortable with a good bathroom. After mentioning our plan to drive to Asolo, Antonio planned a route for us that incorporated a Palladio villa, stunning vineyard scenery and the amazing Passo San Boldo.
Cons: Whilst the home-made cakes were excellent, some other breakfast items were inconsistently available. Wi Fi in our room was weak.
Pros: Lovely house with a great view. Very welcoming and warm hosts!

Pros: I would definitely recommend this hotel! We stayed in the 'annex'. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel building is very nice. The hotel staff was very, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The best hotel I stayed in during my trip to the Dolomites.

Cons: A side stairway leads to a work area on the opposite side of the building.
Pros: Super clean, comfortable bed and pillows, awesome price. Breakfast was good. Will stay there in the future!
Cons: Whoever was checking us in didnt seem to be in a good mood. He told us check-in would take 10mins and if we dont want to wait, we can leave our IDs at the front desk and pick it up in 10mins. I’ve never experienced anything like that before.

Pros: Very friendly hotel. We stayed for two nights and it was comfortable and quiet. The buffet breakfast was very good with a variety of excellent croissants. The hotel is centrally placed near to the centre and many good bars and restaurants.
Pros: It was clean, lovely rooms and location excellent reception staff very helpful
Pros: A huge parking is only 100 m away. Location is perfect, just in the city centre.
Cons: Breakfast is in italian style which means there are not so many things for meat lovers... Those who love sweeties will absolutely enjoy there.
Cons: No Carpark
Pros: A hotel that punches above its three stars. Our first floor room was large and very well equipped (eg with a fridge), and quiet even though it faced the main street. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a modest range of food for all tastes. Excellent location to explore the town on foot, and also for a day drive to the historic sites around Cortina. If you’re in the mood for some relaxed fine dining, try the attached restaurant.
Cons: We didn’t get any directions on how to find the car park - accessed through a narrow entry on the side street - so we were forced to circle, park in the street and then move the car again.

Pros: We arrived in Belluno by bus having completed the Alta Via 1. I hadn't checked where the property was - a 2km walk (uphill) from the bus station. But Sandra gave us a warm welcome and when she asked would we like a drink of water, I said 'have you got any beer?'. She promptly bought out all the beer she had (3 cans/bottles) and didn't charge us for them. The property is in a very peaceful and relaxing location. Great breakfast sitting outside on the patio.
Cons: Décor not my taste but that's a personal thing.
Pros: Breakfast was great, one of the best I had during my 12 day stay in Italy. It was a short walk outside of town and so was quiet and relaxing with a nice terrace.
Cons: This accommodation is in a private home in need of significant repairs. The house has many feral cats and is inconveniently located without access to city amenities. Our room did not have a real bed but rather a pullout cot made up to look like a bed. The furnishings were old and shabby.
Pros: Friendly owner and nice breakfast
Cons: The location was further out of Belluno than we expected and didn't like all the cats

Pros: Central location, good price.
Cons: Limited parking, we had booked a space but car park was full when we arrived so had to go elsewhere.
Pros: The location is great, rooms are comfortable and clean, TV has good channels.
Cons: Breakfast could be better.
Pros: Old and a bit run down but location is great and for basic overnight this is the best place in town
Cons: Needs renovation
Pros: Perfect location and good accomodante quality, people in these hotel are very friendly.
Pros: Nice central location in Belluno. Friendly staff. Park in front of the hotel and leave your keys at the reception, they will move your car if needed.
Cons: Completely outdated furniture. The single room I had was really small - difficult to move, especially in the bathroom. I highly recommend to take a double room, even if you're travelling alone.
Pros: We arrived on a rainy day and luckily our room was already available. Although, it is an old hotel it is not fancy. The best thing about it is it's close location to the main square where most of the city shops and restaurants are found. The breakfast was good with varieties of fruit, breads, cereal and good coffee. There is even a bakery in eyeshot from the entrance of hotel with daily fresh bread and pastries.
Cons: The shower in our bathroom was tiny with a curtain that is supposed to keep water only in the shower, but it just sticks to you when you shower and water ends up all over the floor tiles and toilet and makes it dangerously slippery to walk on bathroom floor. Rooms aren't very quiet. The air conditioner drowns out only some of the noise.
