Guests say
Guests consistently praise the spaciousness of the rooms and the convenient location. However, many express disappointment with the cleanliness, noting issues such as dirty bathrooms, unclean rooms, and poor maintenance. The pool receives mixed feedback, with some enjoying it and others mentioning problems like loud music, broken sunbeds, or restricted access. Service is generally described as acceptable, with some positive remarks about staff friendliness, but also complaints about lack of attention to issues and poor housekeeping. Overall, while the hotel offers large rooms and a good location, cleanliness and maintenance require significant improvement.
