Pros: All round great service , great reception who couldn’t help enough Liked the kids area and pool with easy access to food and drinks

Cons: The night bar needs to be bigger , not enough seats , the theatre area was ok but you had to go there because you couldn’t get in the bar

Pros: The hotel was really nice,food was excellent and so was entertainment. They also had area's for Adults only.which is good if you dont like lots of children

Cons: Lovely hotel but quite away round the bay. It is a good 20 minutes to walk to Rubicon marina or a bus number 30 just by the roundabout outside hotel every 30minutes.

Pros: The hotel staff couldn't be anymore helpful. They made our stay so lovely. I was very poorly on arrival and they sent get better soon chocolates to my room, which I thought was such a kind gesture. I would like to say the head chef in the kitchen I cannot remember his name was so lovely and accommodating, there was also the really tall chef that was on the fresh section that notice I had a cold and assisted to help. There was a few other restaurant that was also kind especially the lady that went out of her way to get me ginger for my throat. The receptionist was helpful the porter also. I would like I mention a few staff that was wonderful off the names that I remember. Weather was lovely in January Noor Jesus John Ursula Maria Billie Elena

Cons: I feel the town around is not really as built up and delovop so there's not around this particular hotel and area. But there are things if you are driving or getting a taxi.

Pros: The restaurant food was good but got repetitive by the end of the week. The rooms were lovely, spotlessly clean and spacious.

Cons: We were on lock down throughout our stay from day 2. The hotel did not communicate at all other than a note under the door. Despite paying for all inclusive we were not able to use the bar even to take drinks and snacks back to the room. Also still waiting for the refund we were promised due to having to leave a day early.

Pros: Lovely hotel, the whole site is very beautiful. It's very big, lots of walking to get from our room to Mini Club, but we didn't mind. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained. Very nice restaurant too. (Main one) Room very spacious and comfortable and we had lovely views. Our girls were very happy with the Kids Club (twice a day).

Cons: Not a great variety of food in the snack bar. On check in, the Receptionist told us the wrong building to get to our room, it took us about 30 mins to find the room (asking other staff and using the map). The next morning another receptionist gave us information about Baby Club for 0-2 age, when I said we have a 4 year old and asked for Kids Club. Very friendly people, but could be better informed. Also, we were very disappointed to only find out at check in, that we had to pay extra for the use of indoor pool. I don't remember seeing this information anywhere when booking, and I chose this hotel mainly cause of the indoor pool.

Pros: Lovely fresh food, very comfy beds, lovely merlin rooms for children, happy helpful staff, next to beach

Pros: The rooms were clean, the food was great with plenty of choice. All very good value as all food, wine, beer etc are included. Walks and tours from the hotel were very good as well. We took the Cesar Manrique on Wed and short South tour on Sat which were excellent. No need for smart clothes for dinner. Staff kind and cheerful.

Cons: The wifi was very intermittent. Bring towels for the pool/beach.

Pros: all food good, ecellent or ok at worst. pool was being repaired; seating round it ok; liked the big recliners. can't say more.

Cons: lighting on path to rooms from restaurant was focussed straight into your eyes. so we got dazzled.

Cons: There was a smell of sewerage around the gym and spa. Made these facilities unusable. Only the small pool was available. Understand this was just after the sandstorm, but all other hotels along the seafront had the pools up and running. Restaurant is too small. For breakfast and lunch it works fine. But in the evening when people like to sit down a little longer. The restaurant is then full from 7:30 onwards. The staff do there best to try and seat people, but people are often told to come back in 15 minutes. On one occasion we didn’t get a table till 8:45, the restaurant closes at 9pm. So not a lot of choice left and hardly any desserts. Upon complaining about these issues. I was told, please bare in mind that this hotel is only a 3 star and maybe beyond my expectations.

Pros: A small and quiet place to stay, just what we were looking for. The heated pool was lovely but needed attention, very slippery around the top. Food was good and varied. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will be back.

Cons: Don’t like smoking directly outside the restaurant as the smell drifts inside. Unfortunately the only heated pool was closed for our last 4 days but we were offered a free taxi to the Sandos Papagayo to spend the day or we could have been relocated there so we took up the first option. There was grinding of fibreglass around the pool and dust flying around, not good!

Pros: It is clean, within easy walk from the sea, with good food and friendly staff.

Pros: Nice, basic no fuss accommodation. Not perfect, but priced accordingly and everything worked! The ´bungalow´ was much bigger than expected. Staff were very nice, friendly with the kids and helpful when needed. Maids did an excellent job of cleaning/tidying the rooms. Nice pool area, there is a small kids playground as well (again not new/massive, but well maintained). There IS some guest parking, and loads of safe street parking outside reception. We were really pleased and enjoyed our stay a lot. Recommended.

Pros: peace and quite. good price for the standard. very big place with older clients mostly.

Cons: the smell outside! when water distributors turns on smell of water is really... intoxicating:) also internet is working very slow. It's impossible to do almost anything, not mention wifi availibility should be as default for this kind of pensionate.

Pros: Very simple room, but you have all you need for a relaxing holiday. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: If you like walking is OK, otherwise I would recommend to rent a bike or a car.

Cons: the rooms are a bit simple; partly a bit shabby; it smells as if it had been wet; it was cold in the night in December; we had to rent a radiator for 11 euros per week

Cons: hotel up for sale could not get breakfast as advertised very few staff . had to pay for kettles irons washing facilities

Pros: Quiet area, close to all restaurants. directly on the water and walking path.

Pros: not so close to the center (10-15 mins), but the hotel is located in the front of the only beach of the city, which is very nice if you have a front sea room (to pay apart), which is very rare in lanzarote. In this case you will have the room on the main road, but seems not so loud. Very nice hotel staff, and good breakfast. Rooms are clean.
