The hotel is old and shows it. Room that was reserved when I got back from an extended trip at 1 am was not cleaned. Night clerk was very helpful and moved us to a suite that had a nicely made bed. Pros (+) Hot tub was ok
Cons (-) Ordered on Travelocity got an extra room cheaper at the hotel do not order from Travelocity the rates were about $25 difference per night. They’re cleaning service never came to clean a room out of three night stay poor service and cleanliness!

Cons (-) There was NO running water. They weren’t truthful about the situation until around 2:00 am. No effort was made to get us into a different hotel.
