No staff at the counter when we arrived, a card said to use the kiosk and no kiosk to be seen. When we brought the car back there was no staff around and this was at 4:30 PM.Cons:
Get anybody to be at your place of business or close down. And by the way we noticed that there was a big plug in the right rear tire. That is very dangerous in my opinion, and no spare along with no staff.2,0 Poor

They just handed me the keys at the desk and pointed where the car is.
