Pros (+) The breakfast was okay. There wasn't a lot of choices. The bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) The a/c was loud. There was not an option to keep the fan running. So, when the a/c would turn off and on it would wake us up. The hotel was smoke free but I don't know how long it has been that way. We could still smell it. I guess the smell was in the carpet.?

Pros (+) The bed was comfortable. Honestly that was the only positive thing about my stay.
Cons (-) Siding was falling off the building. The pool was closed even though I was told when I called ahead that it would be open. The second day I was there, the "fitness center"(a treadmill, stationary bike and a few hand weights) was closed for maintenance. Lobby was visibly dirty upon entry and smelled funny. Pros (+) That it was close to the airport.
Cons (-) The manager this Indian guy was rude. While all the staff was super nice. He seem like he did not like his job. Bob the driver to the airport was very nice and accommodating.

Cons (-) Paid for dual queens and couldn't check in until 6pm since rooms were not ready. Got a single king room not what I booked in advance but was charged and no reply from management. Try somewhere else!!!

Pros (+) We stayed here the night before our flight to the Bahamas. We got in late and hadn't eaten, so the front desk attendant was able to suggest a place to order food. We had a drink in the bar while we waited and service was very good. They also scheduled our shuttle to the airport.
Cons (-) This hotel is in an industrial park and not close to any restaurants. If you're not driving yourself, you have very limited options.

Cons (-) Staff a little disorganized. They checked us out after the first night of a two night stay and checked someone else into that room only to find our bags still in the room. May be a little under staffed for the size of the facility.
