Guests were particularly impressed by the hotel's beautiful historic atmosphere, unique architecture, and convenient location near local attractions. Many appreciated the elegant decor and the overall ambiance of the property. While some guests praised the friendly and accommodating staff, others found the service inconsistent or unwelcoming at times. Room comfort, especially bed quality, received mixed feedback, and breakfast options were limited or not always communicated clearly. A few guests mentioned maintenance issues and occasional cleanliness concerns, but overall, the positive atmosphere and location stood out.

Okay
Daniel, Nov 2016
Pros (+) I was expecting the hotel to be very fancy, and, in fact, the lobby is pretty nice, with a beautiful stained glass window on the stairway.
Cons (-) The room was not particularly nice. It was not terrible either. For a hotel with such a beautiful exterior, the room, which was in the main mansion, was rather plain and utilitarian. I would suggest adding some drinking glasses to the bathroom.
