Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Pistoia and nearby attractions. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond. Cleanliness was consistently highlighted, with many guests describing the rooms and bathrooms as spotless. Breakfast was generally well-received, with several mentions of variety and quality, though a few guests found it lacking. Spacious rooms and modern amenities also contributed to positive experiences. Some negative feedback included uncomfortable beds, issues with air conditioning, and occasional dissatisfaction with breakfast or room temperature, but these were outweighed by the positives.
