Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the train station and city attractions. Some guests found the staff friendly and helpful, and a few appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. However, many reviews mentioned issues with room size, cleanliness, and outdated facilities.
