Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring Piombino and accessing transport. Cleanliness was highlighted in many reviews, with guests describing rooms and apartments as spotless and well-maintained. The service received positive remarks for staff responsiveness and helpfulness. However, several guests noted issues with amenities, such as missing kitchen items, lack of fridges, and problems with showers. Room size and comfort were generally acceptable, though a few found them small or basic. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for short stays.
