Pros (+) When i arrived the front desk attendant was dealing with a canceled reservation she was illequipped to handle. The party who was waiting was upset and exasperated. She took 2 phone calls and made as many while i waited behind them. It was 10 minutes and i was not acknowledged so i left to check in later.
