Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's outstanding service, with staff noted for their friendliness, attentiveness, and Japanese language skills, making Japanese travelers feel especially comfortable. The breakfast receives high marks for its variety, quality, and Japanese-style options, though a few mention limited choices or a change in serving style. The amenities, particularly the open-air bath (rotenburo), are highly valued for relaxation and authenticity, with several guests appreciating the unique experience of a Japanese bath abroad. Cleanliness is also highlighted, with many finding the hotel and rooms well-maintained and comfortable. Some minor criticisms include occasional issues with Wi-Fi, room layout, and specific amenity access times, but overall, guests are very satisfied and many express a desire to return.
