Some of the staff were hit and miss (cleaning and front desk) but for the most part our stay was enjoyable. Adrian at the front desk was excellent.

Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable.
Cons (-) I think the bathroom needed a more thorough cleaning. Also,the towels were not very fresh. There was wine stain or something near the work desk area that needs to be clean. Honestly it ust didn't seem like the room was well cleaned well.

Pros (+) Overall stay is really nice and comfortable. Staffs are very nice and professional.
Cons (-) Our room is pretty comfortable except that the bathroom seems like it’s not heated or there is no insulation on the walls it feels like it’s 10 degree colder than the room itself. Water takes a long time to heat up as well. Also there was a fire that broke out the very first night of our stay. Cons (-) Safety: We checked in with several couples. One couple opened the door to their room after checking in and heard the TV on and saw someone's work boots on the floor by the bathroom. Pros (+) Friendly, helpful staff. Generous sized rooms ( ours was the signature king). Pet friendly, and great location 1 block from Rittenhouse sq and close to shopping, universities, museums, etc. Very good coffee/ breakfast place Bluestone Lane just off the lobby. Wifi worked well.
Cons (-) the price was a little high. It was a busy weekend in town so we paid it but normally there are nice hotels in the area that cost less.
