Stayed in another property a few blocks away, this one was night and day better. The room was a bit worn, but clean and comfortable. The staff was always welcoming and attentive. Location was great for walking to attractions and plenty of amazing food. The restaurant was grossly overpriced and I’d steer clear of it, even for breakfast(think $5 per first, and each refilled cup of coffee, ect.). Ove...

Pros (+) The downstairs spa and pool was relaxing and very clean. The staff throughout the hotel was friendly and quick to take care of anything we needed. Even though the valet parking quickly retrieved our car and due to the difficult nature of street parking in Philadelphia, well worth the cost. We had a wonderful time at the Franklin.
