Beautiful hotel, great service, and very clean.
There's no fridge in the rooms, the ice machine is on the fourth floor, nearest parking deck is $40 for 24 hours, and the neighborhood is sketchy. There's a lot of homeless people around and shady people. It's location is not in a great neighborhood.
The staff was incredibly accommodating and the room was stunning. The jacuzzi tub and shower were amazing, the bed was incredibly comfortable, not to mention the BEAUTIFUL view! We’ll definitely be returning!
The pillows had stains
Movies were too expensive, no gym even though I called in advance to see if I was able they didn’t explain I needed to go somewhere else.
The suite was very spacious and the design of the room was spectacular!! I love the privacy the hotel gives up but also tended to our needs.
