The hotel is very beautiful and big. The swimming pools are awesome. The bedrooms and balcony have a nice view.
We went just after lockdown, so the beach was really dirty full of trash (not fault of the hotel). The bikes made of bamboo are very hard to use, though the idea is awesome.
The view from the main building was great. Two pools and a CLEAN sandy beach. Excellent value for money. The security very mobile and patrolled very regularly (Main entrance and base near poosl and beach). Reassuring. The staff in the kitchen were fantastic and the gentleman who helped check us in (forgotten his name, he previously worked at HCMC before.)
The staff at the front desk could be trained a bit better. They need to be flexible and offer solutions rather than ignore and or stir and expect answers to fall from the ceiling (beautiful ceiling decors though!) They are customer facing. A small issue they can't resolve. Mainly difficulty communicating in English and or making a decision. Sorry, my Vietnamese very limited. Both pools were opened and I think as there weren't many clients so didn't bother with a lifeguard. The jacuzzi and shower didn't work. There could have been a shower in the toilet area but I didn't check!!
Amazing & attentive staff Lovely bungalow
- Amazing room with breathtaking view from the balcony and well decorated room - Beautiful private beach and 2 huge swimming pools - The restaurant serving in the evening is a very good value for money option and was delicious ( similarly for the bar) - Supportive, very friendly and smiling staff
- Feeling a lack of instructions on some elements. Especially 2 points: * At the time we stayed, it was windy which brings humidity on the balcony and inside the room => Even if it is something that cannot be easily controlled, it would have been great to have a notification about this upon arrival with some recommendations * Not easy to find way to the pool/beach or even to the reception=> probably worth putting some instructions within the elevator - Since the area is quite new, the trees are still small so I guess the view would look even better once it grew up
- Staff is very hospitable. Eager to check up on us during the stay - Beautiful private beach with clear, blue water - Beachside massage - Reasonably priced food and drinks - Two relaxing pools
- Weak wifi (signal in room and public areas is good, perhaps more of an ISP problem) - Transparent window shade between bathroom and bedroom - less privacy
