Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's convenient and accessible location, with many appreciating its proximity to local attractions and amenities. However, a significant number of reviews express dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of rooms and shared spaces, citing issues such as unmade beds, dust, and dirty kitchenware. Room size is another common concern, with several guests finding accommodations cramped or not as depicted in photos. Some guests also mention shortcomings in service, including unhelpful staff and unmet requests. While a few positive remarks are made about value for money, most guests feel the experience does not match the price paid.
