Pros: Guiseppe is a very friendly, excellent host. The swimming pool is fabulous, and offers a relaxing cool-down in the hot summer afternoons in puglia.

Pros: Nice panorama, good parking
Cons: Totally overrated property and does not deserve a 9.0 on Booking.com. It may look cheap, but we were disappointed and would not recommend it to other guests. Our room was spacious, but looked old. There was no warm welcome, maybe because she doesn't speak English. Payment is cash, her husband accepted iDeal but she went inside (felt like she didn't agree with it and went inside, did even not say goodbye). We don't mind if there are dogs, but these were jumping.

Pros: We had a great stay at the B and B. Highlights were the wonderful breakfast and conversations with Rosaria the owner. The property had good size rooms with aircon and good bathrooms and was clean, quiet and close to Peschici centre - just 10 minutes easy walk. We were able to talk to the host in both English and Italian. It’s Possible to take trips to the Tremiti Islands from Peschici, another recommendation, they are beautiful.
